Amazon Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows offering multiple ways to instantly stream and watch videos Our mission is to build the widest selection of digital video content and make it trivially easy for customers to enjoy great content wherever and whenever they want To help us fulfill this mission we are looking for a customer-obsessed marketing mind to strengthen our ability to delight customers If you want to operate at start up speed solve some of the hardest problems and help build a service that customers love Amazon Prime Video might just be the place for you RESPONSIBILITIES A big part of building India s most customer-centric entertainment destination is engaging with customers and fans via social media to help them discover and enjoy all that Prime Video has to offer The Sr Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing Prime Video s social media strategy and working with teams both internal and external agencies to bring it to life This person will be responsible for delivering measurable business impact through social media marketing and engagement - End to end ownership of Prime Video s social brand channels and strategy across Facebook Twitter Instagram and YouTube and others including execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis - Work closely with global teams local marketing teams to build a strong locally relevant social media campaigns to drive high buzz - Constantly iterate and maintain Amazon Prime Video s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms - Build and leverage locally and cultural moments to make brand Prime Video relevant to Indian audiences - Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels - Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness conversation and affinity for the Prime Video brand and its content - Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings - Work with International product and marketing teams to build automated and scalable solutions to drive social media engagement This person in this role will be working closely with global social media teams across Amazon with ample opportunities to both share what we are learning while at the same time learning from others - Liaise closely with content partners and media agencies to plan and execute campaigns - Set an experimentation calendar and constantly test hypothesis to develop an editorial strategy for Prime Video - Be the business POC for social media customer service team Constantly improve processes to maintain a high-bar on customer interactions and satisfaction - Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices - Expand Prime Video s brand presence on emerging and IN-specific social platformsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience communicating results to stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Exceptional persuasive written verbal and presentation communication skills - Very high degree of fluency in English
