This role involves working from our office during day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing software solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance user experience. Responsibilities - Develop high-quality software design and architecture using Java and Spring Boot to meet project requirements and enhance system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Implement and maintain AWS cloud services to optimize application performance and scalability contributing to the companys technological advancement. - Utilize React Js to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces improving user engagement and satisfaction. - Write efficient SQL queries to manage and manipulate data ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business operations. - Employ JavaScript to enhance web applications providing a smooth and interactive user experience. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team. - Document development processes code changes and technical specifications to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. - Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the highest standards of software development. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers supporting their professional growth and development. Qualifications - Demonstrate proficiency in AWS showcasing the ability to deploy and manage cloud-based applications effectively. - Exhibit strong skills in React Js with a proven track record of developing user-friendly interfaces. - Possess in-depth knowledge of SQL and mySQL capable of handling complex data operations. - Show expertise in Spring Boot and Java with experience in building robust and scalable applications. - Have a solid understanding of JavaScript with the ability to enhance web application functionality. - Display excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders ensuring clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
