Role Overview We are looking for a Value Offering Associate for the NEET UG category to help design, manage, and communicate course offerings that maximize value for learners. You will work closely with the category and product teams to optimize learner engagement and revenue. Key Responsibilities - Assist in defining and structuring NEET UG course offerings. - Collaborate with content, marketing, and category teams to enhance learner value perception. - Analyze learner feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to improve products. - Support in pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies. - Track performance metrics related to course adoption, retention, and satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of value initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications - 12 years of experience in value offering, product management, or category operations (EdTech experience preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Attention to detail and a proactive, learner-focused mindset. - Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
