We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Manager to join our team in India. This role will support the manager in various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring that the team runs smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Help in training and onboarding new team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
