The company offers 24-hour manned guarding services, responsive alarm teams, concierge services, mobile patrols, advanced access control, and VIP protection. Additionally, Proactive Force delivers technical security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and surveillance systems, while also managing integrated facility services such as housekeeping, plumbing, and gardening. Serving diverse sectors like corporate offices, retail spaces, construction sites, housing societies, schools, and hospitals, Proactive Force emphasizes reliability in security and facility management. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Guard, based in Bengaluru. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and premises. Daily tasks will include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, controlling access points, responding to alarms, and addressing security incidents. Additionally, the role may involve providing customer service to visitors and assisting with any security-related needs. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices. - Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and the public. - Excellence in Customer Service to assist visitors and stakeholders professionally. - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing security concerns. - Physical fitness and a readiness to work in a dynamic on-site environment. - Previous experience in security or a related role is preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security certifications are an asset.
