Store Keeper Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt storage and issuance of food materials and supplies for the hospital institution mess The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock control hygiene and record-keeping to support efficient kitchen operations Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect all incoming food items and materials for quality quantity and accuracy Store provisions appropriately ensuring proper labeling rotation FIFO FEFO and food safety compliance Issue daily rations and ingredients to the kitchen as per authorized indents Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records of receipts issues and balances Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages damages or expired items Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize wastage Keep the mess store clean organized and compliant with hygiene and safety standards Coordinate with procurement kitchen and accounts departments for purchasing and documentation Prepare and submit periodic stock and consumption reports to management Qualifications Skills Minimum High School Diploma qualification preferred in Store Management Hotel Management or related field 2 years of experience in mess kitchen or hospital storekeeping Knowledge of inventory control food safety and hygiene practices Basic computer skills familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Honest disciplined and attentive to detail Forward Resumes to hr dsmedicalcollege org Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
