Huron is redefining what a global consulting organization can be Advancing new ideas every day to build even stronger clients individuals and communities We re helping our clients find new ways to drive growth enhance business performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve And we re developing strategies and implementing solutions that enable the transformative change they need to own their future As a member of the Huron corporate team you ll help to evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces industry trends and client needs Our accounting finance human resources IT legal marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Huron s collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results Join our team and create your future Acting as a member of a solution team the Product Manager PM is relied upon to build relationships with primary business stakeholders to understand priorities and capabilities needed to achieve business objectives PMs are also responsible for managing the priorities of the Product Owners researching the market trends for their given area communicating metrics for their given area and keeping up to date on new technology and capabilities through independent market research When appropriate the PM identifies and leverages opportunities to accelerate results and build capability of other team members by assigning tasks and decision-making responsibilities to individuals or teams with clear boundaries expectations support and follow-up effectively balancing doing delegating Finally the PM defines and supports the building of desirable feasible viable and sustainable outcomes that meets customer needs as the owner of the value stream and understands the value stream from beginning to end Requirements Facilitates communication with product stakeholders to gather and clarify product needs and priorities translating them into operational and functional requirements Writes detailed requirements and use cases for proposed solutions owns and manages the product backlog for one or more product areas Leads prioritization negotiations for the product backlog and roadmap with stakeholders and Solution Managers ensuring alignment and clear communication of approved priorities Works closely with Product Owners to update and guide the backlog based on stakeholder priorities Identifies and analyzes business issues and opportunities using data from various sources to inform actionable decisions Collaborates closely with development and cross-functional teams to represent the customer resolve conflicts and validate designs against business objectives Communicates upcoming product features and key messages clearly through various channels including product demonstrations and meetings Preferences Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience Total 11 years of experience in which 4 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Analyst roles with demonstrated expertise in the business domain 6 years managing teams or leading cross-functional groups Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes particularly Scrum Kanban or SAFe frameworks Practical experience with tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA and Confluence for backlog and project management Certifications such as CCBA CBAP PMI-PBA PMP CSPO CSM or SAFe Agilist SPC are highly desired Position Level Manager Country India
