JOB DetailsPosition CTO for Healthcare IndustryJob Location AhmedabadReported by Team of 70 - Software Design Product team and R D 4 Reporting to Promoter DirectorRole Responsibilities Technology Strategy Define and lead the overall technology strategy in alignment with the companys mission and business goals Product Development Oversee the development deployment and iteration of our health tech platform ensuring it meets the needs of both healthcare providers and patients Innovation and R D Lead innovation efforts to incorporate emerging technologies AI machine learning NLP etc into our health tech solutions Proactive Decision making and ensuring timeliness of delivery Setting up seamless SDLC Establish and Enforce IT Policies Procedures and Standards to ensure effective and efficient operationsData and Security Ensure the highest standards of data privacy security and compliance with healthcare regulations HIPAA GDPR etc Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing technology team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement Partnerships Collaborate with external vendors partners and stakeholders to integrate third-party services and maintain cutting-edge technological capabilities Technical Infrastructure Experience in devising technical architecture of an enterprise grade SaaS product Oversee the architecture and infrastructure of our platform to ensure scalability reliability and performanceDocumentation and Quality Control Ensure all processes and work are documented and the code is of the highest qualityCross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with Product Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure technology delivers maximum value and supports business needs Budget and Resource Management Manage technology budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and balancing the need for innovation with cost-effectiveness Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all technology solutions are compliant with relevant healthcare regulations and standards e g FDA HIPAA CE Mark Thought Leadership Act as a spokesperson for the companys technology vision at industry events conferences and media engagements Candidate RequirementEducation Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field MBA or advanced healthcare-related qualification is a plus Experience 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles Some experience in a senior role within a health tech or related industry is preferred Technical Expertise Hands-on experience in the following tech stack o Frontend - Angularo Backend - Java Spring Booto Database - MySQLo Cloud - GCP primary AWSwith cloud infrastructure AI machine learning data analytics and modern development methodologies Agile DevOps etc Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead mentor and grow a high-performing technical team Strategic Vision Ability to develop and communicate a long-term vision for the companys technology and product roadmap Communication Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes Problem Solving Demonstrated ability to think critically anticipate issues and resolve complex technical and operational challenges Healthcare Tech Knowledge Preferred Deep understanding of the healthcare industry including health IT electronic health records EHR telemedicine DICOM PACS and healthcare regulations Interview Process 1st Brief Initial Round on Zoom Video call 2nd Detailed Round with Promoter MD Technical Round with Senior Technology Expert F2F Personal Meeting for finalizationPlease expedite and send the updated resume along with requested details and confirmation of interest Regards Ms Riya Pooja Raval - Sr Consultant Team LeaderSend CV and Reply mail to unitedtechit uhr co in Will call you for detail discussion if your Profile is relevant United HR Solutions
