Job Description Description We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates to join our dynamic team as Software Testers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing practices. Responsibilities - Design and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements. - Identify, record, and track defects using defect tracking tools. - Collaborate with development teams to understand the software requirements and design specifications. - Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective. - Automate test cases using testing frameworks and tools. - Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Report and communicate test results to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar. - Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. - Understanding of web and mobile application testing. - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
