Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. The Senior Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Other day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and developing financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance. Qualifications - Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting - Skilled in handling accounts payable and receivable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team settings - Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
