Senior Copywriter (Full-Time, Remote Chennai-based Applicants)

We are Elysienne, a young digital marketing company, working with international clients. We're looking for a skilled writer to join us as a Copywriter (Junior/Senior). We guarantee quick growth (career & financial), full work-from-home flexibility (except during training), ability to choose your own working hours, great learning and exposure to an international clientele.

We are looking for self-disciplined, organised and skilled writers. We expect our teammates to take full responsibility for the quality and punctuality of their work. Education is not important to us but you must have a passion for writing and love to write great copy. You must also be good at receiving criticism and editing your work based on client needs.

We're currently hiring a Senior Copywriter to take the lead on messaging strategy, content writing, and client voice development across multiple formats (Instagram, emails, sales pages, podcast outlines, etc.)

You're a fit if you:

- Have at least 1 year of full-time writing experience in an agency, freelance, or content-focused role.
- Can write confidently in Western-style content formats, short-form hooks, carousels, DMs, emails, captions, sales copy, etc.
- Understand online audience behavior and how to adapt voice, tone, and format based on what converts.
- Know how to write for humans and results, content that connects emotionally and drives action.
- Can take a messy voice note, vague idea, or raw client doc and turn it into something polished and persuasive.
- Are willing to receive feedback and revise quickly (without taking it personally).
- Love writing. Like, actually love it. Not just marketing or content, but the rhythm, play, and power of words.
- Work independently without chasing or handholding. You take responsibility for your deadlines and deliverables.
