Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-friendly HR Intern / Trainee to support Recruitment & HR Operations at our Mumbai HQ. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, gain hands-on HR exposure, and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & scheduling interviews - Support onboarding, inductions, and HR documentation - Maintain HR records, attendance & employee data using Google Suite - Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication - Assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking & monthly HR operations - Handle employee queries and basic compliance tasks - Support exit formalities and HR reporting Required Skills and Qualifications - Recent graduate in HR / Psychology / Management or related field - Interest in HR operations & talent acquisition - Working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) - Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills - Proactive, approachable & detail-oriented Language & Communication Proficiency Language Proficiency: English (Required) Benefits and Perks - 4 Work-from-Home days per month - Complimentary lunch, tea, coffee, and snacks - A creative, diverse, and innovation-driven culture A Day at Cocoma Digital – HR Trainee/ Intern Your day starts with screening applications and scheduling interviews.
