Job Description The Production Operator will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader / team leader. Minimum with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience on HMC machine The Production Operator will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader / team leader. Main Responsibilities & Tasks - Realize the production rates given by the shift leader / team leader - Realize and control all his production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment) - Know and follow the safety rules related to equipment and people - Report with rigor and precision of their production to the shift leader / team leader - Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment Qualification & Skills - Reading calculations and simple operations - Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes - Knowledge on programming on HMC to machine as per given drawing - Knowledge of software tools such as Autodesk Powershape & Powermill tool for generating program as per drawing requirement - Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures - Transmission of available information on his scope of work - Reporting to the shift leader / team leader - Communicates orally and / or in writing while passing instructions - Team spirit About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
