Job Title - Center Manager- RCU Place of work - Punjab- Ludhiana Business Unit - Retail Banking Function - Risk Job Purpose The role holder has the responsibility of managing the Risk Control activities covering all products across the Retail platform within the center The role holder is expected to undertake evaluation of business processes on the basis of random sampling of loan proposals on pre-defined parameters document and report the findings together with process enhancements to management Roles Responsibilities Follow up with legal law enforcement processes at the center for effective closures Ensure RCU expenses within budget Regularly monitoring RCU agencies Engage with appropriate stakeholders internal external for thwarting losses before onboarding customers affiliates into the bank and ensuring timely remedial actions and escalation of situations that pose other significant risk Ensuring that the risk of various processes being outsourced to DSAs CPAs is mitigated Maintaining and sharing of MIS at approved intervals Ensure sanctity of Data reported Ongoing research and keeping abreast with the latest fraud trends and providing updates to various departments within the Bank Manage fraud surveillance mechanism on banking transactions Educational Qualifications Graduate - Any Post Graduate - MBA Finance Experience Minimum of 2-4 Years of experience in RCU
