Responsible for overall functions supervision coordination administration of the Lupin s rehab facility center Atharv Ability at Hyderabad To deliver and facilitate delivery of specialist Neuro spinal mental rehabilitation services by providing assessment investigation treatment of patients needing rehabilitation services with an objective of enabling patients achieve their maximum potential for physical cognitive social and psychological function thereby working towards improving their quality of living To manage P L of the center facility ensure its commercial viability To manage the team of PTs OTs SLTs and other therapists staff at the center to drive business at the center to meet objectives To design implement facilitate implementation of the rehabilitation functions policies procedures protocols and align with the current protocols To formulate strategy plan and vision for the center facility that incorporates the strategic goals objectives with milestones To stay up to date with the domain knowledge skills laws policies centering around rehabilitation ensure the facility center complies with relevant legislations To develop marketing plan to position Atharv as the rehab center of choice in the given geography and ensure progressive patient footfalls To organize and direct efficient effective operations of the center facility by managing and collaborating teams staff To perform management activities like interviewing hiring evaluating terminating of the staff members To impart continuous training and in- service education to staff as per professional standards of practice Work ExperienceRelevant Experience 12-20 yearsEducationMasters in PhysiotherapyGraduationCompetenciesCollaborationStakeholder ManagementResult OrientationDeveloping TalentProcess ExcellenceInnovation CreativityCustomer CentricityStrategic Agility
