Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students/parents in Gujarati or Kannada language.
- Guide students regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Address student queries and provide accurate information about admission processes, curriculum, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while resolving concerns.
- Update and manage student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly counselling targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academic, operations) to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
- Fluency in Gujarati / Kannada (speaking & understanding is mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
