The ideal candidate must have worked on BFSI/Banking applications and should be well-versed with the complete Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC), including requirement gathering and workload modeling. 🛠️ Key Skills Required - Performance Testing experience: 5+ years - JMeter: 4+ years (mandatory) - LoadRunner: Working knowledge - Strong understanding of Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC) - Experience in Requirement Analysis & Workload Modeling - BFSI / Banking domain experience (mandatory) - Bottleneck analysis across application, DB, middleware & infra - Performance test reporting & stakeholder communication 📌 Key Responsibilities - Participate in requirement gathering and NFR finalization for performance testing - Design workload models and performance test strategies for BFSI systems - Develop, execute, and optimize Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests - Create and maintain scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner - Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations - Ensure application stability, scalability, and compliance before production releases 🎓 Qualifications - BE / BTech / MCA / MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: 📧 elizabeth.vakypily@aqmtechnologies.com Why Join AQM?
