Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Dehradun. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential vendors, identifying leads, and converting them into partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales outreach, organizing meetings and presentations, negotiating vendor agreements, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role will involve both proactive lead-generation activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new vendors. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management - Strong Negotiation and Presentation Skills - Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify opportunities - Experience in Client Communication, Business Development, and Networking - Effective at time management and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in marketplace platforms or the wedding industry is a plus - Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office, Google Suite)
