Job Description

What We're Looking For

- Proven expertise inGenerative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Strong programming background inPythonand statistical languages
- Hands-on experience infine-tuning LLMsand applyingevaluation frameworks(RAGAS, ROUGE, BLEU, etc.)
- Deep knowledge ofTransformer architectures(Encoders: BERT, RoBERTa; Decoders: GPT, LLaMA, BLOOM, etc.)
- Experience withLangsmith, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks(Crew AI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Google AVD, etc.)
- LLMOps, deployment, scalability, and optimization experience
- Strong experience in implementingknowledge graphsand multimodal architectures
- Ability to analyzelarge, messy datasetsto uncover insights and patterns
- Solid expertise inML/DL model productionizationand data science tooling

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and developGenAI-powered applications and solutions
- Performdata mining, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy advancedML/DL models
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliverstrategic AI solutions
- Present insights and results in aclear, actionablemanner to business leaders
- DriveLLM deployment, monitoring, and performance optimizationat scale
