We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand communications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. We say - All-in-one . Key Responsibilities - Strengthen ToolJet's discoverability across AI ecosystems and LLM-generated content - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Manage and grow ToolJet's presence across social media and other digital communities - Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Geo-targeted marketing (GEO) initiatives - Support influencer marketing initiatives, identifying, engaging, and collaborating with relevant creators to improve reach and engagement - Conduct ongoing research on AI tools, emerging marketing trends, and competitor activities - Collaborate with the product, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns - Leverage AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI) for content ideation, automation, and optimization - Manage analytics and tracking through GA4, GTM, GSC, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to measure and improve campaign performance - Experiment with new marketing channels and formats, using A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize conversions and ROI - Prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership to guide strategy - Support CRM management and marketing automation workflows Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 02 years of experience in a marketing or growth-oriented role - Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign management, analytics, and brand positioning - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency (or ability to quickly learn) the following tools: - AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI - Analytics and tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Hotjar - Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads - CRM and automation: HubSpot, Factors.ai, ZoomInfo - High energy and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership - Awareness of current trends and emerging tools in AI and tech - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Curiosity for startups and innovation, prior experience building or contributing to projects independently is a plus - Preference for individuals who actively read, learn, and stay informed about marketing and technology trends What We're Looking For - Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn - Excited by experimentation and data-driven marketing - Genuinely interested in the evolving world of AI tools and startups - A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
