This role is central to our practitioner engagement strategy, ensuring protocol clarity, product confidence, and ethical usage. 🧩 Key Responsibilities • Conduct clinical onboarding, product demonstrations, and protocol walkthroughs at aesthetic clinics • Support dermatologists and cosmetologists with technical guidance during initial product use • Collaborate with Territory Sales Manager to ensure smooth clinic activation and follow-ups • Maintain detailed records of clinic visits, feedback, and training outcomes • Assist in CME participation, practitioner workshops, and clinical events • Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards, ethical promotion, and product integrity • Act as a liaison between field clinics and internal medical affairs team 🧠 Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in BHMS, BAMS, Life Sciences or allied health sciences • 2–4 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology support, or MedTech clinical roles • Strong understanding of injectables, mesotherapy, and skin rejuvenation protocols • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) 🚀 What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a globally trusted aesthetic brand • Structured training and clinical support tools • Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives - A collaborative, compliance-first work culture focused on ethical aesthetic medicine
