SAP SuccessFactors LMS – Job Description (Brief & Point-wise) Role: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant Experience: [Typically 3–8 years] Location: Navi Mumbai , Airoli Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) module. - Work on requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of LMS functionalities. - Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., PMGM, EC) and external systems. - Manage learning assignments, curricula, items, programs, and user data setup. - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and post-implementation. - Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational learning needs. - Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices for optimization. - Work with Linkedln Learning implementation with SAP Success Factor. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and administration. - Understanding of learning processes, compliance training, and reporting. - Knowledge of SF Integration Center, BizX platform, and SuccessFactors Data Model. - SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification preferred. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
