Job Description We're building Zingroll, a platform where cinematic AI content gets streamed (think YouTube, but with Netflix-level quality. We are not just creating videos - we're rewriting how stories are imagined. With over 95 million viewers across YouTube, Instagram, and X, our AI-powered cinematic universe is expanding faster than ever. About the Team: We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys building fast, secure, and scalable systems from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about both product and security, and wants their work to ship directly to users. What You'll Do: - Build and maintain full-stack features across our platform. - Develop responsive, high-performance React-based web applications. - Collaborate with backend and infra teams to design secure, scalable APIs and services. - Implement robust security layers: encryption handling, authentication flows, and secure data access. - Ensure secure application design and data protection across the entire stack. - Take full ownership of features - from idea to deployment. - Partner closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship polished user experiences. What We're Looking For: - Strong hands-on experience building React-based web apps. - Familiarity with admin systems, backend dashboards, or platform tools. - Proven track record working with encryption, authentication, and secure application design. - Familiarity with access control, data protection, and high-security standards. - Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative, early-stage environments. - Clear communicator who collaborates well and takes ownership end-to-end. Bonus Points: - Interest in AI-powered creative workflows or next-gen storytelling. - Experience working in security-first or high-compliance environments. - Be super psyched about solving hard challenges that will actually come to production at scale once solved. - Ready to step in and put out fires whenever something breaks. General Notes: - Availability: - Work Type: Full-time, in-office, 6 days per week (Delhi) - Prior startup experience or a passion-led approach to work is highly valued. - Candidates will start with a one-month review period to determine long-term fit. - The culture is highly intense and not aligned with strict 95 expectations. - Compensation Range: Competitive and market-aligned. The final package depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
