Position: - Financial Consultant Experience: - 3+Years Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, project structuring) for urban and infrastructure projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports/presentations to support client decision-making. - Evaluate project financing structures (PPP, BOT, blended finance, private equity, institutional investment). - Assess the financial performance of assets, zones, or development phases within larger urban and infrastructure programs. - Provide strategic recommendations on investment, development, and financing options. - Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and control standards. Minimum Requirements - Strong academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc) is an advantage. - 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, economic advisory, project finance, or infrastructure consulting. - Strong expertise in Excel-based financial modelling and DCF analysis. - Experience working on urban development and infrastructure financing projects (e.g., transport, real estate, utilities, social infrastructure). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Core Competencies - Analytical Excellence – Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. - Technical Skills – Experience in financial modelling for large-scale projects. - Communication – Ability to deliver clear insights and recommendations. - Leadership & Teamwork – Capable of contributing to and leading project workstreams. - Resource Management – Skilled in balancing time, budgets, and resources. Key Sectors / Industries - Urban Development & Planning (city & regional planning, smart cities, mixed-use developments). - Infrastructure (transport, water & sanitation, renewable energy, utilities). - Social Infrastructure (education, healthcare, community facilities). - Real Estate & Industrial Development (industrial zones, tourism, commercial developments).
