A Graphic Designer creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They develop layouts and designs for various media, including websites, advertisements, and publications, using computer software or hand-drawn techniques. They collaborate with teams, understand project requirements, and deliver visually appealing solutions that align with marketing and branding goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visual Content Creation Design and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, and promotional visuals for online and offline use. Create layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, catalogs, packaging, and advertisements. Develop engaging content for digital platforms including websites, landing pages, social media (posts, stories, ads), and email campaigns. 2. Brand Identity & Guidelines Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company’s visual identity, tone, and branding guidelines. Support in maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all departments and touchpoints. Assist in developing visual branding for new product launches or sub-brands as needed. 3. Collaboration & Project Coordination Work closely with marketing teams, content writers, web developers, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning to contribute visual ideas. Adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and design integrity. 4. Digital & Print Production Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications, bleed, and resolution. Work with printers, vendors, or publication teams to ensure timely and accurate production of printed materials. Export and optimize assets for web, mobile, and social platforms. 5. UX/UI & Web Graphics (Optional/If applicable) Design website layouts, web banners, landing pages, and app screens, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, or UI elements using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (if required by the role). 6. Asset Management & Organization Maintain organized folders and libraries for all project files, design assets, templates, and brand resources. Archive completed work and version-control files for future access and edits.Technical Skills: Design Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory) Optional: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom (for video or animation work) Canva or Figma for quick content development and prototyping File Formats & Exporting: Understanding of formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, GIF, MP4, etc. Typography, Layout, and Color Theory: Strong foundation in visual design principles. Digital Understanding: Familiarity with web design basics, responsive design, and social media formats. Soft Skills & Attributes: Creativity: Original thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visual designs. Attention to Detail: Precision in layout, alignment, spacing, and formatting. Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
