At Kapaas, we blend age-old Indian craftsmanship with timeless, contemporary design — creating pieces in pure linen and chanderi that feel elegant, easy, and made to last. We're looking for a Fashion Designer to join our Delhi NCR team and bring fresh creativity to our collections.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop new collections aligned with Kapaas's aesthetic and seasonal direction.

• Collaborate closely with artisans, tailors, and embroiders to translate designs from concept to final product.

• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs.

• Oversee sampling, fittings, and quality checks for perfect execution.

• Research trends, fabrics, and techniques to keep collections relevant yet true to our brand ethos.

• Work with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Graduate in Fashion Design (from a recognised fashion institute).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the fashion industry, preferably in womenswear or ethnic/contemporary wear.

• Passion for Indian textiles, silhouettes, and craftsmanship.

• Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail and finish.

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing projects end-to-end.
