Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts at our Erode location. This is a critical role responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various departments for our house needs. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional leadership skills and outstanding verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on roles for our organization. - Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent in the Erode region. - Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations. - Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements. - Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant legal guidelines. Must-Have Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role. - Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment cycles. - FLUENCY in speaking HINDI and ENGLISH is mandatory. (This is essential for liaising with diverse candidates and stakeholders.) - Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills. - Based in or willing to relocate to Erode, Tamil Nadu.
