Key Roles and responsibilities:

- Reviewing bids and assessing contractual risks / Making right suggestions / Drafting MoUs / Developing bid documents.
- Site visits and Identification of risks and formulating risk mitigation measures for tenders and project
- Contract Management: Efficiently manage the project according to contract terms, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Reviewing and vetting of various RFPs, concession agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, share subscription agreement (SSA), shareholders agreement (SHA), works contracts, work orders, letter of interests etc.
- Review and capture obligations, financial risks, operational risks and legal risks from RFPs, MSAs, SLAs etc
- Contractual Disputes: Resolve contractual disputes swiftly and amicably, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
