Client Servicing Manager

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the event planning and execution process. The role requires effective communication, project management, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of event operations. You will act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring successful event delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and expectations to deliver personalized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Project and Event Management:
- Responsible for creating elevating presentations according to the client brief.
- Work with internal teams (conceptualisers, designers, operations, production etc.) to execute events that align with the clients vision and goals.
- Oversee the development of event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all event elements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure services and products required for events.
Client Communication and Reporting:
- Regularly update clients on event progress, changes, and key milestones.
- Manage client expectations, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick solutions to problems that arise before or during the event.
Budget Management:
- Monitor financial performance, including tracking expenses and managing cost-effective solutions.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with CS team, designers, production and other internal departments to ensure all client requirements are addressed.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client inputs to improve services and offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4-8 years) in client servicing or account management, ideally within the event industry.
- Strong understanding of event management, from planning to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
