This role is ideal for someone who has worked on basic projects, internships, freelance work, or personal content and is eager to grow in a creative agency environment. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visual content for social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns while continuously improving your skills. Key Responsibilities Video Editing - Edit short and long-form videos for social media, ads, testimonials, product shoots, and events. - Add transitions, music, subtitles, sound effects, and basic animations. - Perform basic color correction and audio balancing. - Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips for social platforms. - Follow platform-specific formats and current content trends. Graphic Design - Create creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, thumbnails, and presentations. - Design posters, simple infographics, and brand creatives. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs. Creative Collaboration - Understand and execute creative briefs with guidance from seniors. - Work with the marketing team to create ad creatives that support campaign goals. - Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and be open to feedback. Requirements - 0–1 year experience in video editing and graphic design (internships, freelance, or personal projects count). - Basic working knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Interest in social media content, ads, and digital marketing. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
