At Rockstar Games we create world-class entertainment experiences Become part of a team working on some of the most rewarding large-scale creative projects to be found in any entertainment medium - all within an inclusive highly-motivated environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry Rockstar India is on the lookout for a talented Associate Compliance Manager who is passionate about supporting the ongoing growth of the Rockstar Games Creator Platforms which includes the FiveM and RedM modification platforms for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Creator Platform Compliance team which is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all users by ensuring that our creators and community game servers abide by Rockstar Games legal policies and Community Guidelines This is a full-time in-office position based in Rockstar s large game development studio in Bangalore India WHAT WE DO We deliver a technology platform that enables players to experience community created content on fully customized dedicated servers where creators can develop their own game modes and other modifications in a variety of scripting languages We help ensure that user-generated content produced for our Creator Platforms abide by Rockstar Games policies to foster a safe and welcoming environment for all users We develop innovative processes using technology solutions to tackle moderation at scale for Rockstar Games user-generated content ecosystem RESPONSIBILITIES Support the growth of our Compliance Content Moderation team Create rigorous processes training materials to support the day-to-day activity of Compliance Analysts ensuring accurate and efficient content moderation and ecosystem oversight Work closely with threat intelligence and content monitoring teams to diligently investigate and process user reports or internal leads Collaborate with Legal and Trust Safety teams to align and execute on enforcement decisions Manage track advance and deliver results based on key Compliance-related KPIs Execute projects to adopt new technologies and processes to improve Rockstar s Compliance and content moderation operations Provide feedback to our product management and development teams to continuously improve our internal tooling capabilities QUALIFICATIONS 4 years of experience working in the video games media or consumer technology industries 3 years of experience working in compliance regulatory operations content moderation Trust Safety or related functions 2 years of experience in leadership and management positions Experience in managing outsourced vendor partnerships Experience working with monitoring internal standards and functional KPIs Experience with Jira Confluence flow diagramming software B2C ticketing systems and presentation software such as Visio Zendesk PowerPoint Bachelor s degree in a relevant field like law business administration public policy or a similar discipline SKILLS Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proven ability to coordinate projects and drive results across diverse cultures and geographical locations Demonstrable ability to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights PLUSES Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position Previous experience managing or participating in gaming or modding communities particularly within the Grand Theft Auto and FiveM RedM ecosystem Deep understanding of game development and or game modding Familiarity with tools developed using Machine Learning or Large Language Models technologies HOW TO APPLY Please apply with a resume and cover letter demonstrating how you meet the skills above If we would like to move forward with your application a Rockstar recruiter will reach out to you to explain next steps and guide you through the process Rockstar is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to hiring promoting and compensating employees based on their qualifications and demonstrated ability to perform job responsibilities If you ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you We encourage applications from all suitable candidates regardless of age disability gender identity sexual orientation religion belief race or any other protected category LI-AP1
