Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Ads Specialist to join a reputed Education Consultancy Firm in Margao Goa The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns-especially Meta Ads and should be skilled in creating visually appealing marketing creative This role requires a blend of analytical thinking creativity and strong communication skills to support the company s marketing goals Job Responsibilities Meta Ads Management Run monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across platforms Execute A B testing to evaluate ad performance and improve conversions Plan and manage campaign strategies budgets and daily performance checks Creative Design Create high-quality marketing visuals for ads and social media campaigns Use tools like Canva Photoshop or Illustrator to produce engaging creative Performance Tracking Track key metrics such as CTR CPC CPM ROAS and conversions Coordination Execution Work closely with content and operations teams to design and implement campaigns Job Requirements Experience 1-2 years of experience Strong knowledge of advertising metrics CTR CPC CPM ROAS Proficiency in Canva Photoshop Illustrator for creative design Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple ad campaigns independently Female candidates preferred Location Margao Goa
