Job Description Job Title: Client Service Intern Location: FitClub Golf Course Road FitClub is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Client Service Intern to support our front desk and member experience team. The intern will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive club environment. Key Responsibilities - Greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. - Assist with check-ins, registrations, and basic onboarding procedures. - Support in answering phone calls and responding to member queries. - Provide accurate information about membership plans, facilities, and ongoing promotions. - Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the front desk and reception area. - Help manage appointment schedules for personal training and trial sessions. - Assist in resolving minor customer issues and escalating concerns when necessary. - Coordinate with the sales, operations, and training teams for smooth member service. - Support in organizing member engagement activities and events. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Pleasant, confident, and customer-friendly personality. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). - Interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.
