Job Description Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Science Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of data science, offering an opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. - Support the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms. - Contribute to data visualization and reporting to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving data science practices. - Document methods, processes, and results for future reference. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , R , or SQL . - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Matplotlib , or Seaborn . - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit Learn , TensorFlow , or Keras . - Knowledge of big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop , Spark ). - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS , Azure , GoogleCloudPlatform ). - Prior internship or project experience in data science or related fields.
