Position: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS) Experience: 5-14 years Location: Pan India Notice Period: 30 Days Job Description Required Information Details 1 Role**Functional Consultant 2 Required Technical Skill Set**SuccessFactors Consultant Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) - Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment - Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs - Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting - Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration - Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module. - At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. Good-to-Have - Multiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module - Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements. - Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools - Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors TCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered. *Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.
