We are now expanding our corporate finance and accounting operations in India to strengthen our backend and strategic financial management. Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Delhi-based corporate team. The ideal candidate will handle financial accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, taxation, and management reporting for our hospitality businesses in both India and the UK. Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting - Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly/quarterly/annual closing. - Prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. - Consolidate accounts across multiple business units and entities (India & UK). Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. - Support management with cost control and revenue optimization insights. Audit & Compliance - Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; ensure timely completion of audits. - Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC, TDS, FEMA, and other statutory requirements. - Prepare and file periodic returns as per statutory deadlines. Taxation - Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (TDS, GST filings, etc.). - Assist in international taxation and transfer pricing-related matters. Banking & Treasury - Manage cash flows, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. - Liaise with banks for facilities, forex transactions, and reconciliations. Management Reporting - Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to the management team. - Support business decision-making with accurate financial analysis and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 05 years of post-qualification experience (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory). - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel / Power BI (any ERP experience is an advantage). - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities.
