Job Description Job Title: Executive - Public Relations Location: Gurugram, India (Onsite Role) Role Overview: We are looking for a PR Executive who is passionate about storytelling, media relations, and delivering outstanding client results. In this role, you will support and execute PR strategies, manage day-to-day client deliverables, build strong media relationships, and contribute to impactful communication campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who has 0-2 years of experience in PR (preferably in a B2B/Tech-focused agency) and is ready to take the next step toward a managerial role. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing & PR Execution: - Support client servicing by managing daily communication, updates, and deliverables. - Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and media outreach plans for multiple clients. - Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and thought leadership content. - Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, strategy) to ensure timely campaign execution. - Participate in client calls, share progress updates, and ensure alignment with client goals. Media Relations & Storytelling: - Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, media houses, and influencers. - Identify relevant media opportunities and ensure consistent, quality coverage for clients. - Proactively pitch story ideas, company announcements, and expert insights to the press. - Stay updated on media trends, journalist interests, and emerging platforms. Monitoring & Reporting: - Track media coverage, analyze results, and prepare weekly/monthly client reports. - Use PR monitoring tools such as Wizikey, Meltwater, or Cision to evaluate PR impact. - Research industry trends, competitor movements, and share insights with the internal team. Team Collaboration & Learning: - Work closely with Assistant Managers and PR Managers to execute campaigns effectively. - Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and interns. - Contribute ideas for new business pitches and campaign strategies. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: - 02 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably with B2B/SaaS/Technology clients. - Strong media network with proven ability to secure coverage in top-tier publications. - Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. - Good understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and PR planning. - Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in PR tools like Wizikey, Meltwater, Cision, or similar platforms.
