Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The role requires hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and reconciliations, along with strong coordination skills to work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Post and maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP. - Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly. - Manage TDS compliance including thresholds, deductions, and applicable rates. - Prepare and upload E-invoices in line with statutory requirements. - File and prepare GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B). - Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) between books and GSTR-2B. - Maintain reference-wise and cost center-wise accounting in Tally. - Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth accounting operations. Requirements - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. - Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS provisions; good working knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools. - Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
