About Us Bannu Neuro Health Rehabilitation Institute is dedicated to empowering children and adults with intellectual disabilities neurological disorders and developmental challenges We provide a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment focusing on therapy education and vocational training to help individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives Role Summary We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to assess plan and implement therapy programs that enhance functional independence daily living skills sensory integration and vocational readiness of our students and patients Key Responsibilities Assess physical cognitive sensory and social needs of children and adults with special needs Develop individualized therapy plans to improve motor coordination daily living and adaptive functioning Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions sensory integration handwriting feeding mobility vocational skills Train caregivers teachers and parents on therapy support techniques Collaborate with physiotherapists speech therapists psychologists and educators for holistic care Recommend and train in adaptive equipment and assistive devices Support vocational training programs to enhance employability Maintain accurate progress notes and therapy documentation Participate in awareness programs workshops and health camps Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Occupational Therapy BOT MOT Registration with the Occupational Therapy Council Authority preferred Experience in neuro-rehabilitation pediatrics or intellectual disability care freshers also encouraged Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate patient and adaptable in working with individuals with special needs Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund
