The Impact of a Senior Technical Architect at Coupa App Marketplace Program: A Senior Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in delivering value-driven, scalable solutions for enterprise customers. You will bridge business needs with Coupa's platform capabilities, ensuring seamless implementation and client success. Collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams, you influence solution strategy and drive innovation, accelerating digital transformation in Business Spend Management. This role is critical in fostering innovation and delivering integrated solutions that empower customers to optimize spend management and achieve measurable business outcomes. . What You'll Do: - Provide technical expertise during the Coupa App Marketplace partner solution certification process - Collaborate with External Partners, Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Ops and Services. - Provide technical consulting to partners building scalable repeatable and portable partner solutions, product features, customer enablement, and sales support - Should have exposure to P2P (Procure to Pay) - Ensure partner apps/connectors meet security and industry standards with strong application and cyber security knowledge - Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Coupa's products and architect solutions effectively - Help strengthen Coupa's leadership in the Business Spend Management space What you will bring to Coupa: - 10+ years of experience working with integration technologies - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity to work independently - Must have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe - Experience in testing APIs, including writing scripts with tools like Postman - Experience managing partner relationships - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn new technologies - Hands-on architectural experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On configurations, demonstrating an excellent understanding of REST API architecture - OAuth 2.0 expertise with different flows like client credentials, auth code, device code and refresh token - Ability to evaluate and consult on third-party/partner integration architectures - Proven experience architecting large-scale integrations involving ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, Servicenow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle EBS, and/or third-party apps - Proficiency with Finance and Procurement functions (e.g., Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable) - Strong programming language experience, including Ruby on Rails (RoR) .NET, , and JavaScript, along with strong proficiency with SQL and relational database fundamentals (RoR knowledge is preferred) - Deep understanding of web technologies and digital marketplaces - Proficient in integrating third-party applications using iFrame best practices.. - Deep understanding in iFrame security concepts. - Proficient in Browser security concepts. - Deep understanding in Chrome DevTools - Inspecting the code. - Preferred to have exposure to AI, including Agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with workflow automation tools is desirable. - Expertise in enterprise level application and cyber security best practices Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
