Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and monitor production budgets and schedules from pre-production through post. - Coordinate hiring of crew, cast (if applicable), and key vendors. - Supervise all logistical aspects of the production including equipment rentals, locations, travel, and accommodations. - Manage production office operations and ensure smooth on-set execution. - Work closely with the Producer and Director to align creative goals with logistical feasibility. - Ensure compliance with union, legal, and safety regulations. - Monitor and track daily expenses, cost reports, and cash flow. - Troubleshoot on-set challenges and resolve conflicts in real-time. - Oversee wrap processes including final payments, paperwork, and post-production handoff. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Producer on film, TV, or digital productions. - Strong budgeting and scheduling skills using software like Movie Magic Budgeting/Scheduling or equivalent. - Excellent understanding of production workflows, union rules (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE), insurance, and permits. - Strong leadership and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.
