About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse coordination, inventory records, and last-mile delivery operations to eCommerce and Q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing stock across multiple platforms and ensuring timely dispatches within the city and across India. Key Responsibilities - Track and manage inventory across warehouses, including B2B and online order flows. - Coordinate dispatches to Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Blinkit, Amazon, and D2C orders. - Monitor stock movement, GRNs, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time, in-full performance. - Ensure inventory accuracy across internal systems and reconcile discrepancies with warehouses. - Collaborate with sales and eCom teams for stock planning and availability. - Follow up with logistics partners, handle escalations, and maintain daily logs of dispatches. What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in inventory management and logistics handling for eCom/Q-comm/FMCG brands. - Must have worked with third-party logistics and warehousing partners. - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or inventory systems. - Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setup.
