Date Sep 19 2025 Location Dahej Bharuch Gujarat India Company ACG Group Company ACG Cellulose Pvt Ltd Dahej Bharuch Gujarat Primary Responsibilities Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment and machineries wrt utilities HPMC Special purpose Equipment Dryer Reactor Boiler Medium pressure etc Monitoring process parameters and carry out corrective actions for utilities and HPMC Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-time Conduct condition-based maintenance along with the mechanical and electrical works Analyse data from available log books DCS systems and accordingly prioritize line of actions for mitigation Maintain documentation related to maintenance and machine history cards Compliance to regulatory and statutory norms for IBR and SMPV rules Develop alternate vendor conduct risk assessments in order to mitigate risk and adhere to compliance Ensure machine health for continuous operations Ensure adherence to c-GMP regulatory statutory compliances TPM and other applicable norms Planning execute capacity expansion and other improvement projects in the facility Plan and execute innovative projects in various fields based on advanced technologies for synchronization of process utility by automation productivity increase and energy conservation Key Result Areas Ensure PM compliance report on monthly basis Review and submit downtime analysis report on regular basis to CEO Reduction in Downtime ECR Reduction Achieve budgeted O M cost through various indigenous development innovation Implementation of RCA PM CAPA Compliance to statutory regulatory norms Audits etc Successful implementation of improvement projects Key Interfaces Internal Interfaces External Interfaces Unit Head Other Department Heads Engineers Contractual staff Customers Vendors Consultants Visitors Auditors PFD team members Government Authorities Competencies 2 Basic computer knowledge word excel 5S Kaizen Poka-Yoke Ability to work safely when handling hazardous materials with proper safety precautions equipment and PPE Analysis Reporting Analytical Skills Agility Audit CAPA Audit Handling
