We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F B Service Associate or Sr Associate to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service with excellent communication and customer service skills Roles and Responsibility Provide exceptional customer service and ensure Guest satisfaction Manage food and beverage orders inventory and supplies efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Job Requirements Proven experience in food and beverage service preferably in a 5 or 4 star hotel setting Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software High school diploma or equivalent required degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred Benefits On job Meals Uniforms PL SL CL Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 500 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
