Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - (O2C Analytics & Reporting Specialist, Data Visualization & Business Insights)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HRC teams and technical stakeholders to design intuitive, data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions that enhance business decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and workshops to gather analytics and reporting requirements.

- Apply UI/UX best practices to design intuitive dashboards.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for reporting solutions.

- Identify gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities to optimize dashboards and reports.

- Translate user needs into clear business requirements.

- Define KPIs, metrics, and visualization approaches aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with Data Management Leads to ensure structured, scalable data models.

- Design end-to-end user journeys for interacting with dashboards and reports.

- Act as a bridge between HR teams and technical stakeholders.

- Partner with analysts and engineers to ensure alignment with architecture and reporting goals.

- Lead feedback sessions and testing cycles to validate reporting solutions.

- Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Collaborate across teams to implement effective data solutions and ensure compliance.

- Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for all stakeholder levels.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- B.Tech in Computer Science

- Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst or Reporting Specialist.

- Hands-on expertise with O2C Tool, Google Cloud, and SQL.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

- Knowledge of HR/People Analytics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Strong UI/UX skills in dashboard/report design.

- Proficiency in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical mindset.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
