Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the development, design, implementation, and coordination of IT systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment across the IT team
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development
- Oversee technology development initiatives aligned with business needs
- Coordinate with relevant departments for effective IT integration and support

Technical Expertise / Technology Development:

- Programming Languages: Visual Basic, ASP .Net, JavaScript
- Database Management Systems (RDBMS): Microsoft SQL Server (MySQL is an added advantage)
- Software & Hardware Knowledge: Strong understanding of both hardware and software systems
- Networking: Knowledge of network setup, troubleshooting, and security
- Applications: Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications
