CDPL is dedicated to delivering high-quality, consumer-focused products, supported by in-house R&D facilities and a strong marketing footprint across multiple channels. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering product training to distributors and clients. The role also involves supporting promotional campaigns, tracking sales performance, and identifying new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and maximize revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen marketing and branding efforts is key. Qualifications - Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. - Experience in Training and workforce enablement to guide distributors and sales agents effectively. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities. - Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods is required. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
