Summary of the Role

We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team supporting Reconciliation and Accounting products. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through test planning, execution, and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and support onboarding for key & new customers.

In This Role You'll

- Define test strategies and plans, ensuring traceability with customer requirements and specifications.

- Coordinate end-to-end test campaigns across teams, driving timely and high-quality delivery.

- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and support continuous integration and delivery.

- Investigate and report defects, assist in resolution, and validate corrective actions.

- Collaborate with scrum teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior QA engineers.

About the Ideal Candidate

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6-9 years of experience in QA, including backend and middleware testing, REST API validation, and automation using scripting languages like Python.

- Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins.

- Experience with SQL and MongoDB, and understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycles.

- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
