Job Description Job Title: Product Owner Data & Analytics Shift: MID (12 PM 9 PM) Location: Chennai We're looking for an experienced Product Owner Data / Analytics to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics product portfolio. You'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to deliver powerful dashboards and data products that support decision-making in revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and dashboard products. - Lead product discovery and align priorities with business goals. - Translate business problems into scalable product solutions. - Partner with Power BI developers and data engineers to deliver intuitive dashboards. - Manage backlog, sprint planning, and releases using Azure DevOps. - Maintain product documentation and specifications in Confluence. - Track product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback. - Collaborate with business, IT, and data governance teams. - Represent the product vision in stakeholder and occasional client meetings. - Promote a strong data product mindset across the organization. Mandatory Skills - SQL - Azure DevOps - Agile / Scrum practices - Dashboard development - Power BI Added Advantage - Experience working in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle domain. Experience Required - 3+ years in Data Product Management, BI, or Analytics roles. - CSPO certification preferred. - Strong understanding of data warehouse environments (Snowflake is a plus). - Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
