The Role Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator or Linux Administrator In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and associated utilities. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with security best practices, system hardening and patching. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) is a plus. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous Requirements Must Have Skills: oExpertise in end-end Cloud migration including strategy development, assessment, solution design, architecture, and execution on Azure, AWS oOperational knowledge of key technologies, such as Linux OS, Windows OS, AD, DFS, SFTP, Cluster etc and In-depth knowledge on Active Directory Replication troubleshooting, hands on replication tool Repadmin, Dcdiag, AD Rep etc. Experience in group policies and troubleshooting & implementation oDay-to-day management of the VMs including: installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching, backup and recovery. oIn-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment. oInstall, upgrade, and maintain Linux based systems ohelp troubleshoot problems with Linux servers, running various versions of Linux, including Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS etc oAzure infrastructure enterprise level projects that design and deploy cloud environments for hosting business application services; oWorking closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design; oDesigning, testing, and implementing application services migrations in both a manual and automated manner; oGood Experience with Windows Based Application Hosted IIS, NET oLead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains oUse your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage diverse projects, delivering against tight deadlines in a fast paced and demanding environment oDrive in-depth knowledge and understanding of key value drivers of a business and how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement oDevelop and own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensure consistent architecture. oAWS CloudOps Good To Have Skills: oExperience with Git-lab and Git-lab CICD oConfig Management - Ansible, terraform
